We use it instead of rice. It has a very nice nutty flavor. I also use quinoa flour in place of regular wheat flour. It works well but it has a very nasty odor when it gets wet

I buy it at Costco

I like it in soups and as a poor man's dinner with yogurt over top, lol. I love it and my kids are starting to. We buy it at Costco.
