Suggest Your Fave Inserts

We primarily use BG 3.0/4.0 pockets. I'm starting to tire of the microfiber inserts. They are great at absorbancy, but I find myself having to rewash some inserts because they still hold a slight peepee smell. I smell everything as I take it out of the washer and if they still smell they get thrown in the laundry bag for the next wash day. I have never once had this problem with prefolds or my OBV fitteds so I assume this is just a microfiber issue? I would hate to get rid of my BG's cause I have a large stash of almost 30 and I have Baby#2 on the way and am working on my nb stash. Couldn't I just replace my inserts? What are your favorite brands/materials for inserts?

I stuff ours with prefolds or Flip organic inserts usually. If I need something super trim a Joey Bunz backed with a hemp babies doubler for my heavy wetter.

I switched all my BGs to Joeybunz inserts. Love them! The premiums are in 2 parts and dry more easily. They are so much trimmer than mf too.

Thanks! I will look into the flats since I've heard they are cheap and I love how easy upkeep is on my prefolds but I worried they would be too bulky in the pocket. Will also check into the joeys and that website!
