Re: How long can you hide a belly? *pics anyone*?

I think it all depends on how you carry. I wasn't trying to hide my belly but there were people that didn't notice until I was full term.

Me at 35 weeks. My DS was 9lbs, so was easily 6+ lbs here!

Re: How long can you hide a belly? *pics anyone*?

I was able to hide my first pregnancy well into 20 weeks. I worked as amother's helper for two moms and didn't tell them until I had my 5 month ultrasound. I had a bit of a belly to begin with.

I'm curious as to when I'll shownext time around. I have a lot of belly left and look preggo now at times.

I carry really high, and did with my 1st also. This one I didn't start to show until about 14-16 weeks. I just got really firm, it that makes sense. It was actually really uncomfortable and messed with my GI. I was on anti-nausea meds too and I hear they can back you up.

I was much more comfortable about 25w when he popped out and gave my room to digest!

now at 38 I am uncomfortable again. I think he's trying to snap my pelvis in half.

Re: How long can you hide a belly? *pics anyone*?

I'm 5'0", reasonably slim, and what height I have is NOT in the torso. I'm 30 weeks pregnant today, and the coworkers have yet to figure it out. I carry small, low, and tend to wear peasant-type flowing shirts. If I wear something tighter, you can tell (although people still give me the "is it baby or is it Oreos?" look), but the extra fabric and the fact that it all hangs off from my (considerable) boobies hides it quite well.

My cousin went through her entire pregnancy without ANYONE knowing. Including her mother, who woke one morning to a baby crying in the bathroom and discovered she was a grandma. (Which meant that at 10 years old I got the talk from my own mother about how she'd never yell or be mad or throw me out of the house or anything, so PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE SAY SOMETHING if I ever found out I was expecting...)

I am tall and have a long torso.

I hid my pg until I was 22wks.

I was very thin when I got pg. I had a tiny baby belly at 16wks, but you couldn't tell unless I was naked.

20 weeks with DD1 - Pregnacy #2

I pretty much just carry this way. I'm tall with a LONG torso.

LOL

My sister's nanny is DEFINITELY pregnant - like at least 25 weeks along and she doesn't think anyone notices. My sister can't say anything because as her employer legally she can't ask.

But it is definitely a baby bump (OR A HUGE GROWTH).

There is no way I could hide it, unless I wore really baggy clothes. I have a short torso and pop early. Here is a post copied from my DDC,
