Diaper Swappers

Does anyone know of a good place to look for what has been patented as far as cloth diapers/covers go? The only thing I know of for sure is the button-hole elastic (which bums me out), and I do not wish to get into any arguements/legal issues with this when I go on Hyena in the fall. Thanks!

You can't leading edge pockets either, Fuzzi Bunz owns that patent. I think those are the only two
