Mine were both 8 1/2 pounds and I had to use disposables at first b/c NB cloth was too big. Once they were in them, though, I think they only fit for a few weeks.

I don't know exactly how many dipes I have (I'm resisting the urge to pull out my stash) but it's mostly FBs and HHs. I miss the sized BB's, those were my fave for newborns.
