Cottonbabies fail
The other day I ordered a 4.0 aplix in ribbit. Well, DH got the mail today from yesterday and they sent me a flip aplix cover in ribbit. Ugh.

Aw what a pain! I'm sure it was disappointing not to get what you ordered... I'm sure they'll be glad to switch it out though. They have pretty good CS.
