I've heard that it's normal for babies to slim down when they become more active and start walking. I wouldn't worry about it too much!

Re: Is it normal
When his intake or output changes, IMO. But I'm no pediatrician.

Re: Is it normal
I'd say its normal, though you may want to try to increase his calorie intake by seeing if he'd take some more breast milk. If he's in pain from teething, he might like the extra nursies!

Re: Is it normal
Im nursing as often as hes willing to take it. Every 2 hours, sometimes I can get him to nurse every 1.5 but not often. And hes not eating baby/table food. He has no interest in it

Mine did the same at 8 months. She got 6 teeth in a month and barely nursed for a couple of days. She definitely thinned a bit but now is nursing normally. She also won't eat solids. Maybe a bite here or there but nothing much.
Don't worry, totally normal

Re: Is it normal
Are you weighing him or are you taking him to a ped each day? Is there a reason to be concerned about his weight (ftt or something?) A couple ounces is not much, our weight varies through the day too. Now if you noticed a drastic loss of weight like a pound, then yes I would be concerned. From what you are saying it is normal to me.

Re: Is it normal
I weight him myself. Once a week. Its something Ive done with all my kids (the older two where formula feed) so this time its more for a peace of mind to know hes actually getting something and growing. Hes still meeting all his milestones if not more for his age. So thats not a problem.
