Yes maybe you should try a Nikky again. They are for sure not as wide, in fact kind of narrow in the crotch, trim and so breathable for summer for us. I love trifolding in mine as long as the size is right.

They aren't the cutest of the cute but they work and are trim.

i keep trying them, but not for long. i tried them for like a minute for trifolding, literally, earlier this year. then decided i didnt want to trifold anymore. then i tried the wool version for trifolding and that was horrid. ugh.
