I would be looking for another nutritionist. Perhaps a woman who nursed her own children if you can find one.
Honestly, my brains shut down when people start in on this. I got it from everywhere with DS. Like it freaking matters. Even the U/S tech for DS2 asked why I didn't stop at 12m. uh.... because I didn't want to? Hows that? How would they feel if I questioned their motives for not nursing till 2? Punks.
