Ok slightly new question....I am destashing most of my mf pocket inserts and replacing with prefolds. I have been using my bamboo prefolds with fleece covers pretty exclusively over the past month and was wanting to buy some cotton to do double duty (as regular prefolds then as inserts). So I need to get them in his true size (I know lots of people use infant size in their pockets). I know I will be gaining bulk, but should I get 4-8-4 or 4-6-4 since I'll be using them in pockets too? Tia!!!

4-8-4 are extremely thick when tri- or pad-folded. If you plan to use them as inserts, you will have a not-so-trim silhouette, though they will rock for absorbency.
