Hotsling for pet wearing?
Ok, I know this is for BABY wearing but I had to ask. I'm about to get a new chihuahua and want to be able to stick him in a pouch. Official dog carriers cost too much or are not what I'm looking for. I've used ring slings and pouches for my babies and got to wondering how it would work for a dog. I want something cheap and thought of hotslings. Do u think it would work for a small dog?

I put my cat in a carrier! I wanted to know if the carrier fit and I still have three months to go. Funny thing is, he liked it!
ETA - I used a ring sling but my cat is like 5 times bigger that your puppy will be. I'm sure it would work.

Re: Hotsling for pet wearing?
I put my dog in a Mei tai once, worked out fine. He's about the size of a chihuahua.

Re: Hotsling for pet wearing?
I'm having a hard time picturing a dog in a Mei tai. Facing in or out? to the side?
