I don't have any new advice to offer that other mamas haven't already offered. I just thought I'd drop a note to encourage you that it will get better. With DD1 she would take around 40-45 minutes to nurse each time. She did get faster as she grew and eventually would be done in 10 minutes or less. With DD2, she was a NICU preemie so we started out with a nipple shield and eventually weaned off of it. She would also tire out while nursing (not uncommon for even full-term babies) at first. DD2 also eventually got very fast at nursing and is usually done in under 10 minutes. The lactation consultants were a tremendous help for me with both of my girls.
