Recipes for kidney beans?

Somehow I am way overstocked on cans of kidney beans... and I can't imagine making that much chili any time soon. Anyone have some great recipes that are not chili?

Thanks!

Taco salad here too. I bet you could also use them for dips (in place of cannelini beans) and freeze it.

Thanks ladies. I was thinking some kind of dip would be good- I wanted to buy hummus the other day and all the containers had been either made with or processed with nuts which isn't okay with DD's allergy. So a homemade dip sounds like something I should be trying.

Bumping for more ideas I'm wondering the same thing since I noticed my LO's seem to like them and we usually only use them for chili too

Re: Recipes for kidney beans?

Minestrone Soup with Kidney beans instead of garbanzo. Or both!

Kidney Bean Dip
1cup beans
shredded cheese.
Microwave on high for until cheese is liquidy and then stir and moosh. serve with chips

Kidney Bean Corn salad ( i use cranberries instead of pom seeds)

1 (16-ounce) can dark red kidney beans, drained
1 (15.25-ounce) can whole-kernel corn, drained
1/2 cup pomegranate seeds (about 1 pomegranate)
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1/3 cup bottled olive oil vinaigrette
Preparation

Arrange beans on one side of serving platter. Arrange corn on the other side of platter. Sprinkle seeds, cilantro, and parsley over beans and corn. Drizzle olive oil vinaigrette over the salad.
