Help me find a dress or pattern!

I don't know if this is the right place to post this or not but...

I need help!

I really want a wiggle dress, or to make one - which wouldn't be hard if I wasn't pregnant Can you ladies help me out?

I'm pretty handy with a sewing machine but I can't wrap my head around how I would make this style of dress for maternity without a pattern - so a maternity pattern would be a must as I have a plain wiggle dress pattern. If not I'm fine with buying but I want it to look as classic as possible as I want it for my hubby's homecoming and he will just fall over if I show up like dressed in pin up fashion

Also if anyone knows of an online place that is great for pin up style shoes that would be great to. TIA!
