which fabrics cannot be Snappi'd?

The number of different fabric options these days makes my head spin, but I have to say that I'm pretty curious. Prefolds are working for us right now, so I'd love to branch out and get some cute embellished or ETPFs...only problem is, I don't want to end up buying ones made out of a material that won't Snappi.

Any guidance would be much appreciated.

TIA!

t-shirts or Jersey knits do not snappi well... i'd love to know if flannel does?

Flannel doesn't hold a snappi at all. I would know, I had to sew terrycloth on all my homemade fitteds so they'd hold a snappi.

You can snappi cotton knits. Also bamboo/hemp fleece, but it's harder. Velours do NOT snappi (cotton or bamboo). Loop terry's are the best I am a pinner, but this is the general consistence from when I was testing!

I need to copy this down. I make my own fitteds and it never fails that I put a new diaper on just to find out it doesn't snappi.
