That's a good update.
I was going to post the same thing, Luke had a slightly bow-legged Luke & my family all claimed it was his diapers...but his PT (he was in for torticollis from 6 months-13 months) said that was crazy talk!

Um, I think all babies are bow legged to a degree.

Re: Cloth diapers = bow-legged baby?? Update 8/5 :)
I just think some kids do and some dont and CDs wont make the diffrence. My first was an early walker at 7 months and had that classic bowed up to her toddler years, SHe wore cloth diapers all kinda but it fixed itself before she was out of cloth...
My current walked around 13months but even with the bulkiest of cloth she has the straightest legs. Deanna

Re: Cloth diapers = bow-legged baby?? Update 8/5 :)
I can totally relate to your frustration. Wish I'd seen this post sooner! My son has a diagnosis of autism, and he was slow meeting all of his milestones. Before we knew he had ASD, his pedi referred us to EI for PT because he wasn't sitting unassisted at 8 months and wasn't crawling at 9 months. Our PT said that he couldn't get his legs close enough together to "rock" and begin crawling because of his cloth diapers.
![]() What do you know, he's 3, special needs, STILL in cloth, and walks, runs, crawls, jumps and isn't bow legged. Crazy EI people.
