Babies R Us and a broken PISA
I am on vacation so I do not have my paperwork.....hopefully you mamas can help. I bought a Medela Pump in Style Advance in May and I got the buyers protection on the pump. Today I noticed that the right tube seemed loose where it physically connects to the pump, and now I can see that the little air inlet you connect the pump to is cracked and air is leaking out. Has anyone used the buyer protection from Babies R Us to replace their pump? How did it work? I have a back up manual pump so I am not in a crisis, but I need my real pump back fast if possible!

Re: Babies R Us and a broken PISA
I don't know specifically about BRU buyer protection, but when I dropped my Ameda pump and broke it, I called Ameda customer service and they shipped me a new one right away. Maybe you can try that avenue, too?
ETA: All they asked for was the serial number off the bottom of the pump.

When my faceplate broke I called them and they sent me a new one no problem.
ETA: I called Medela. Sent from my iPhone using DS Forum
