I am an E & I nurse side-lying all night. DS is 2 months.
If you are nursing on the bottom breast try lying a little on your tummy with leg bent & nursing on the top breast. Also bring the baby's head towards the top of the bed more than you think is neccessary.
Or you could try the baby on a pillow, maybe?

I am nursing my 3 week old preemie in the side lying position most nights. I, too, use the angle. I angle her out so her legs are really close to me and her head is farther away. Basically her body and mine make a "V" shape. Her nose stays clear of my breast and we both rest comfortably.

I also have to angle my baby and it took me a while to figure out how to get the right position... But now it's so much easier... Let us know If it helps angling her away from you. Oh and I'm only like a d maybe c cup right now.

When DD was 3 weeks I was a size D. I had to hold my boob out of her nose at every feeding no matter the position. Now she is 10 weeks and I have found ways that I don't have to, and I'm back down to my size C. Tucking the feet in closer to my stomach while side-lying didn't work for us.. DD NEVERrrrr stops moving her legs. So she just kicks her feet and pushes herself away from me. Your DD will grow faster than you want her too and then you won't have to hold your boob GL and congrats!
