Fussy between let-downs

My 4 wk old is a smart little booger. He gets his gush of milk and then is so fussy waiting for the next let down. He pulls his head back while still attached and squirms. Usually I just switch boobs with him bit when we are out in public it's very frustrating. Does anyone have any suggestions?

My Mood:
Sounds to me like a newbie in need of a burp I would try to burp and put him back on the same side so he gets the hind milk.
