Re: Next seat, if not Britax Advocate....

It has a "molded line" at the top of ours that says to do this level when RF. (Its still in my living room). I haven't tried installing it yet above what we did at Buy Buy Baby as its going in dad's (my) car and he hasn't been back yet.

So True Fit Premiere seems to be mentioned a lot. I'd like to RF my tall liitle guy for a while, so if that would be one that could, then I'm interested. Does it fit in sedans easily (CTS & Sonata), or would it be better for a bigger SUV?

The Premier takes up more front to back room than the other True Fit models because of the anti rebound bar. It can be installed as upright as 35 degrees which can allow it to fit in smaller back seats. BRU is now carrying the Premier under the Lamaze brand so you can go and try one out to see if it will work for you. I would buy it online though because you're going to get a better price that way.

And, the other TF models don't allow tether for anti-rebound like some Britax?

No, the only convertibles that allow tethering are the Radian series, all Britax convertibles, & the Combi Coccoro.
