Ugh, dealing with this too. I usually do it during naps, wish I could do it when he was awake, so hoping it's just a phase.

I learned to clip nails really fast! My DD (14 mo) doesn't hate it as much as your DD, but I can only get through a few nails before she starts squirming, fussing, and fighting me. So I just go as fast as I can.

DS is 2 and still hates it! After trying everything else I could think of, I started bribing him with m&ms One after every hand or foot works great. He really has issues with his toes... he sscraped one really badlly in the spring, and he has hardly let us touch them since!

DD is 5 and it is still a battle every single time. I have to use a nail file on her toe and finger nails she doesn't mind that.
