I've been feeling miserable too and it has been hard. I've been eating tic tacs and sipping on izzy's a lot and it helps some. And cereal is one thing that I can almost always eat. I just got lemon drops today and they help some too. I'm finding that just sucking on something helps get me to the point where I can get some toast or cheese in me.
But honestly cooking and cleaning has gone out the window.
DH keeps telling me that I just need to push through and keep going even though I don't feel like it. Ha! I'd like him to be pregnant with 3 kids to take care of. It is really hard!

I normally cook all homemade whole foods but I've gone to buying frozen meals and pizzas. I just feel bad for the kids. The other night the fridge was empty and I had to give them buttered noodles with moz. cheese on top. At least frozen meals have veggies in them. LOL
We are also doing sposies for the time being. I can barely keep up with our clothes at the moment and changing diapers makes me gag. I don't think I could add on spraying the poo and smelling it a second time
