I've had the Medela Harmony and Avent Isis - Avent hands down! Worked better and doesn't have those silly little membranes.

I liked my Medela Harmony too. Great pump for a great price. Our dog chewed up 3 of them so it was nice to spend less than $40 each time to replace them lol.

I also like the Medela harmony, can't compare much because the only one I've tried is also a Medela - the electric Swing model. Oh, and also a cheap Gerber manual pump that was just awful!
