Please HELP with Recipes....Allergies

I saw the lentil/quinoa recipe on the other thread and can't wait to try it.

But I'm looking for other recipes with lentils, or even in general that are easy and simple. My DD is allergic to DAIRY, Egg, Avacado, and sensitive to gluten. Any ideas? She goes to school in a nut-free environment, so I'm struggling to come up with things. I think I gave her too much chicken and now she won't eat it.....we don't eat pork (sensitivity), and she's not a beef/fish fan. I'm thinking lentils to give her a break from beans, but I'm looking for bean recipes, too. I do a lot of tacos/chile. Other than that.....help! I think she's sensitive to soy, too. THanks!!!!

Would she eat soups with just a little chicken or beef in them?

Check out my blog mama, the recipes tab. I have a lot with lentils and a lot with other kinds of beans. I try to stay away from gluten too, and am successful about half the time. lol

Thanks!

Yes, she loves soups and will eat meat in them, but it's hard for her to eat them at preschool, so I'm also looking for food, food recipes. Thanks! Keep the suggestions coming!

Re: Please HELP with Recipes....Allergies

Have you tried Indian food omitting spices of course?super simple to make tandoori baked chicken, marinate chicken with tandoori spice and some ghee, which is casein free, and add lemon juice. Bake til cooked and eat with rice.

You can also make any Indian curry but sautéing onions til brown, add minced garlic and ginger and sauté for a moment, then add the meat and salt pepper curry powder, and sauté til all water dries. Then add tomatoes. And cook til done. I use a pressure cooker for beef, but can be done with chicken also. Yu can add water and potatoes to vary soupiness. If it is a dry curry. You can also add any veg after sautéing the meat...I add spinach,or eggplant, or zucchini and it melts into the gravy. Then u can smear some onto a pita or tortilla and shred the meat and send to school as a wrap or roll.
My dd was also allergic to dairy soy nuts and egg. Hardest 18 months ever, but thank god she is over most it.
