Re: What's baking this week?
Yumm, love this thread.
This week, I have had a lot of things to use up, so I made some pumpkin muffins, banana muffins, blueberry muffins and zucchini loaves. I also made a few loaves of sourdough bread (and used my new kitchenaid cookware to make a cheesy onion loaf -- it was to die for.... divine). Today, as a "Yay It's Friday Treat!" DS and I made choc chip cookies for the big kids to have when school was finished. |

Yeah, I make half a gallon a week! I've only had one time that it didn't turn out, so certainly no worries here. I just used it for smoothies and no one was any wiser! ![]() I even blogged about you here. AFM: Last night I made tortillas from scratch and for once they were yummy (thank you nikkicaligirl ). This morning I made sausage, egg and cheese quesadillas, then homemade pizza for lunch and sour cream blueberry muffins for snack. Dinner I think will be scrounge your own from the fridge, b/c I'm tired of being in the kitchen!
