yummy/easy beef stroganoff recipe please

I usually sautee some mushrooms in some butter, toss in some flour and stir in some milk/sour cream and a little gravy master. Then I add in leftover pot roast and maybe some worchestershire sauce. It's a cheat recipe, but good way to use up leftovers!

I usually substitute homemade cream of beef or chicken for the cream of mushroom though

Okay ready? 1-1 1/2 lb of stew meat, 1 lb of mushrooms sliced, 1 can of cream of mushroom, 1 onion chopped, 1 clove of garlic minced, 1tsp salt, 1/2 tsp ground pepper, 1 cup water and 1 cup of sour cream.

Throw everything expect for the sour cream in the crock pot and cook on low for 6-8 hours. After that stir in sour cream, serve over hot cooked egg noodles. Its super easy, and super yummy
