HELP...I'm scared...got TRIPLETS on the way!

I have triplets, too! They're a little over 3 years old. I wouldn't stress yourself out about the calories, just eat what you can. Eat what you're hungry for, satisfy your cravings. Your babies will get the nutrition that they need from you. Just make sure that you're taking all of your vitamins/supplements. I was only able to gain 35 lbs (although I was on bedrest and probably actually gained more as I was losing muscle mass), and my babes were over 12lbs combined at 34 weeks. Those little buggers start to take up so much room and your stomach gets SO small at the end it's nearly impossible to eat. I wish I had cloth diapered my triplets

Congrats momma!!! I still remember the shock of being told I was having twins, then the flat out scared out of my mind feeling when my OB said, I need to confirm that it's ONLY twins! I would have been plenty happy though.

Have you tried any of the instant breakfast shake things? I used to eat those in between "meals" toward the end. My OB recommended them because when made with whole milk they were a higher calorie, nutritious food. It really helped me pack on the entire 60 pounds she told me to gain!
