Diaper Swappers

I bought 3 Bummi Superbrites and 3 Bummi Whisper covers in NB size, and the same in the SM size. All gender neutral and all from a mama I know on another board. She sold them to me for $7/each (they've only been used with 1 child) so I'm super stoked!

Do you think I'll need more than 6 covers in each of those sizes? I also have a Best Bottoms OS cover w/sm soaker if I need it.

I've never cd'd a newborn, so I'm no help. I just had to say...jealous! ;-) I'm so tempted to start buying diapers but I just can't afford it right now. At least I can live vicariously through you!

During NB stage I used 3 pul wraps and 2 wool covers. You don't have to wash the pul every wet diaper so it worked for us. DD outgrew NB in two weeks as she was born over 8lbs and gained quickly. As for smalls I have 4-5 wool, a fleece and 1-2 pul. The pul just sit in the bottom of my diaper bag as back up so 6 covers in regular rotation worked well for us.

Yay for NB CDs! I am no help as far as what you need. I am one that has been collecting since TTC and I am starting to get to the more than enough stage I think.

I don't know that we ever had more than about 6 pul covers at one time until DS was over a year old. I used a little bit of wool and some fleece soakers that I made myself in addition to the PUL. You'll probably want to wash diapers at least every other day, so 6 should be plenty if you keep up with the laundry!

I only had a few pul covers but I also used pockets from the beginning. I have been so tempted to buy some covers but I am waiting. I don't want to do GN if I am having another girl and if it's a boy I will do some white but probably more boy stuff

It is taking a lot of will power to not buy. Although, my neigbor did give me 4 wool covers which is awesome (they are technically GN but more boyish) and I have some NB wool left over from DD

We had 4 PUL covers, and that was enough for us. I washed every other day.
