Need advice on what type of feedback to leave..

I'm currently working with a WAHM who is repairing my diapers. She was highly recommended to me and has done exceptional work. However the communication is horrible on her end. If the work she has done with my diapers is exceptional work, what type of feedback should I leave her?

I would absolutely leave positive if the work is the quality you expect...and maybe leave a comment saying that the communication was slow

Very very slow as in 1 day or 2 slow. Maybe I am paranoid. Communication is huge for me and as a client I expect the person I am working with to contact me promptly when I send an e-mail with questions.

a day or two wouldn't bother me. It's hard to do the work and the customer service sometimes. If she had great work, I would leave positive feedback.

A day or two is nothing! Some people just don't get online as much as others. I'd give her a total positive and not mention communication at all.

This- not everyone can be online all the time. What were you emailing her about. I guess I dont understand why you needed an instant response.

Re: Need advice on what type of feedback to leave..

Up until a few years ago, DH and I had free internet access which meant 10 hours of dial-up a month. That also meant I could only get online about 10 minutes a day. I'm sure I'm not the only one out there that did this. The point of this is, not everyone can be online all day. If I were not home, I would not be able to check my email very often at all. My phone doesn't have a data plan and probably won't for at least a few more years.

If her work is the quality you expect in the time that you expect, you should leave positive. One or two days really isn't bad at all.

I'd leave positive and if the communication bothered you that much, I would just put a fairly neutral comment such as 'replies took 1-2 days' then potential buyers can decide if that is too long for them. That kind of time frame wouldn't bother me (though I am impatient!) especially since it's a busy WAHM dealing with kiddos AND running a business.
