Re: Prenatal Vitamins
I take Super Nutrition Simpley 1 Prenatals. They have been the only one I found that is consistently allergy free for me. As in no gluten, dairy, peanuts, or soy (also corn and something else, but I'm not allergic to those).
I've been really happy with them though! I have no issue with constipation or anything. I take 1 at night. I've been taking them since I was pregnant with my son.

Re: Prenatal Vitamins
I don't take them. I don't feel they are necessary. They also made me very sick with my first pregnancy, and I've been sick enough (and 14 weeks and still experiencing nausea and vomiting a few times a week) and need to be able to work. I also haven't been to the doctor. The soonest they could get me in is Oct 21, which will put me at 16 weeks pregnant.
Every now and then I take one of my son's chewy gummy vitamins.

Re: Prenatal Vitamins
I take the walmart vitamins and have no trouble with constipation. I think its because my diet is mostly fresh fruit, veggies, and whole grains with some protein. It was the morning sickness that caused me to have to eat this way, normally with my other pregnancies constipation is always an issue.

Re: Prenatal Vitamins
I take an organic whole food prenatal made by Innate because I'd rather spend the money on something that I believe to be a better product, it also doesn't have common allergens like soy etc.
There's no DHA in it, but I take Udo's Oil that does have it. I'm also taking additional whole food vitamins that my holistic practitioner has given me. Haven't had any issues with constipation or stomach issues since I've been taking Innate. I started taking Innate tri I & II with DD and continued to take Tri III & post natal until we started baby making and switched back to Tri I. So... I've been using their supplements for over 3 years

Re: Prenatal Vitamins
I did purchase new vitamins... I bought whole food gummies with DHA and Folic Acid along with some extra vitamin D.
They are awesome, and my belly agrees with them MUCH more. Thanks for all the suggestions!!!
