Hehe, I'm pretty sure there actually are apps for it I use fertilityfriend.com (which is actually geared toward TTC, but if you ignore all the pregnancy advice it can be used for TTA as well) and it also has an application that I just started using on my phone.

Honestly, I'd say it probably depends on how confident you are with your cycle and body. If the EWCM disappeared by the next day and went to infertile CM then I'd probably be comfortable with it. If it could still be considered fertile then definitely not. JMO. And I think the FAM rule is avoid/back up BC for 3 days post O.
