My baby will be 6 months on Saturday. She has been successfully eating baby foods for 2 weeks, once a day. How do i know when to increase her baby food to twice a day?

when she's interested.

I start solids around 5 or 6 months and just offer when it's convenient for me (usually while I'm cooking the meal because it keeps Baby busy to be eating!) :P Just try offering a second meal and see if your LO is interested. My main thing is don't force food. If Baby doesn't want it, don't cram it in their mouth!
