Re: Gas

did you know that if you ly on your left side, and left your right leg up to your stomach area it relaxes your spinchter to allow them to come out more better? That sounds super funny sorry if you find that goofy.

Walking and yogurt helps get it out of you for those of you with that issue. Are we supposed to have gas-x? My last doctor told me no, but I would love to use it and I don't have an appt til Monday.

Re: Gas

I found it on a list of medications that are considered safe while pregnant. Here's what I found:

"Gas-X or other anti-gas medications: Gas-X and other anti-gas meds (Phazyme, Flatulex, Mylicon, Mylanta Gas) relieve abdominal pain caused by excessive gas in the digestive tract. Their active ingredient is simethicone, which is safe during pregnancy. But before trying any medication, we recommend looking at your diet and eliminating or cutting back on foods that increase gas."

Yes, I've definitely noticed that I am farting way more than usual... fortunately (unfortunately in the case of revenge) they are not as smelly as DH's.
