LOL Its going to take someone smarter than me to figure out a fix for it. I wonder, for the meantime, if it wouldnt be best to try switching out to another (non-comcast) email, kwim?

I'm going to try it, anyhow. So someone send me a PM so I can test it!

im not getting them either.. i too have comcast and i called them.. but they saay they have no clue...

Yep. Just FYI, I switched my email to a yahoo email, and woke up this morning to five messages, which were all notifications of some kind!

If its an issue through your ISP, which it looks like it is, there is nothing WE can do to fix it.

GRRRRrrrrr..... Thanks Samantha, but this is totally not what I wanted to hear. I was hoping it was some quick fix issue for the IT guy... Guess not. I will try another email too.

I know I was hoping for more help too, but if their is nothing they can do I guess we just have to deal with it. I am not switching over to another email though.

I can't switch my email b/c my only other account is hotmail and my mail program won't work with it
Something about Mac, hotmail being windows, I don't know but DH told me it's not gonna work again!

I think I need to clarify something,

Your ISP has blocked our emails, its nothing that we are doing that is causing the problem. The system is sending them out like its supposed to, but your ISP is marking them as spam and deleting them before they reach your inbox.

I guess my only suggestion would be to call your ISP and tell them that the emails arent spam and see if they can reverse it?

Yes, I was just going to post and ask if anyone else has tried calling Comcast???? If not, I will try this evening.
