Re: What is up with baby food in pouches?

I buy them on sale and they are ok. They are very convenient on the go. Will probably use when not at home.

These are a treat for us too, but one of the benefits is that they cook the food for less time, maintaining more nutrients. We buy happy baby and I think I found this info on their website.

DD likes to suck straight of the pouch, and DS likes the spoon attachment. The Boon spoons are also marketed under the Plum Organics brand.

Our fave brands are Ella's Kitchen and Happy Tots. There's also a tasty whole-milk kefir called Probugs that comes in a pouch.

Agreed! The zip-top pouches are a PItA. I do like the squirt ones for when we are out (meal or snack)

We have only used Sprout because I got them on sale. You can't get 100% of the food out of them. I haven't tried any with a tip or spoon because they are 2-3 times the price of jars or tubs and only at TRU here.
