Vitamin D?

I read some things recently about vitamin D deficiency being linked to infertility. With our super gray gloomy days in the winter, I wouldn't be surprised at all if I am a little low, so I picked up a D supplement to help stave off the winter blues and maybe help with my cycle too. The bottle said to ask your doc before taking if you are pregnant, nursing, or plan to become pregnant. I didn't think there was anything wrong with taking it while pregnant so was surprised to see that. Anyone know anything about that?

I think it says that on most all supplements. Here's some links. All are regular mainstream sites and all recommend vitamin D during pregnancy. Ask your dr, but I'm sure it's fine.

Currently pregnant and i was recommend to take a calcium pill + vitamin d so you're fine.
