Chunky Baby Thighs, Red Gashes, and Diapers

I prefer prefolds, fitteds, wool, and covers, but we use pockets (pocket change, FB, and BG2.0) for going out. I do like their convience and absorbency for long car rides and naps...but...ds has welts on his thighs from them. I try to make the thigh as loose as I can while still making sure leaks will be contained. I guess his waist is small compared to his thighs. Any suggestions or other brands that we could try that would work?

I will second the HH recommend. FB work ok for us, but the way the fleece is around the legs on the HH seem to make a big difference.

I would avoid the side snap pocket from Blueberry. Our chunky thigh girl had huge fit issues and they still give awful red marks. I can't speak for their other products, but stay away from that one imo.

We have some HH on the way, I really hope that will help. I am getting tired of my family saying that cloth is worse for ds than sposies since the marks are much worse and last for days. Thanks.

Fleece pockets would work better with no marks. Try the skinny large or chubby mediums at snap-ez. My guy has a skinny waist and chubby thighs so we use their skinny large
