Real Food for Mother and Baby

I read this great book called Real Food for Mother and Baby by Nina Planck. It's a great book that focus on "real" foods (whole foods) for mom and baby. She covers trying to conceive, being pregnant, breastfeeding, starting solids and feeding a kid. I think its a must read!

Are you doing the traditional form of eating? I know she hits on that in that book. If so you should join us on the Nourishing Traditions thread in the Kitchen board.

Glad to hear the book is good. I have a 3 year old and hope to start my 4 month journey to my embryos in April. So I will hopefully be getting that book soon. I currently eat traditionally though.
