IS there a website or program that helps you with meal planning? I would like something that has a calender so I can type it in, as well as make a grocery list. Or maybe a spreadsheet? Do you plan ahead? What works best for you?

Have you ever been to menus4moms.com?? We modify a lot of the meals there to be healthier but it gives some good ideas and it does have a few menu planning spreadsheets.
