Make-ahead breakfast for Christmas

We totally forgot about what we're eating Christmas morning! Any ideas for something sweet or savory we can make ahead so we can focus our morning on gift-opening festivities? Only catch, we're egg-, nut- and soy- free. Thanks in advance!

I have never made this, but I have heard crockpot oatmeal is good.

Search for: "Overnight Oatmeal" on the foodnetwork (dot) com

Good luck!

Are there some quick bread/muffin recipes that you love? Maybe something like that with no eggs?

We can't do egg replacement like egg beaters, but we can use flax in recipes where egg is used like a binder (I.e. Muffins) as opposed to the main ingredient (like a frittata). Thanks!

Yeast Cinnamon rolls. We use our sub butter and sub milk, but I found a vegan recipe that uses applesauce for the butter in the filling. I also forgot about Christmas morning breakfast. I am thinking we'll be doing the cinnamon rolls. Just re-read your post you wouldn't have to do any subs for the regular cinnamon roll recipe- for some reason I thought milk free too. Just look for an overnight recipe. They can rise in the fridge then they only take like 30 mins to bake in the morning.

Here's one http://chickensintheroad.com/cooking...innamon-rolls/
