I unexpectedly got a bread maker for Christmas! Now what?

So I shouldn't store the bread in ziplocs or tupperware? What are some "good" bread bags?

I just can't eat it if it has been stored in them because it absorbs the plastic taste. You can buy bags in bulk from King Aurthur flour ... They also have great recipes online. There are also special bread boxes but since I make such large quantity they don't work for us.
