Vegan or Vegetarian Slow Cooker Recipes?

Do you like all or most of the recipes in it? Are they for slow cooker recipes or just ideas in general? If you have made them and if they are tasty and easy to make.. I am always interested.

Actually I haven't made most of them. I just started with this cookbook, abd have only made a couple of them. My husband stole my slow cooker for boiled peanuts and destroyed it for anything that you don't want peanut flavored. They just seem really easy and good and they all have slow cooker or stovetop recipe adaptations.

I'm a big fan of Mollie Katzen and the Moosewood Cookbook (particularly Lentil Soup, Brazillian Black Bean Soup and Gypsy Soup) but all of her recipes are for stovetop and I don't know how to adapt for crockpot. Sorry!

I have not made any of these vegan crock-pot meals but I have made some of her other recipes and really enjoyed them.
