ive only had great transactions with her

im sure you can find someone to swap with if you dont like the colors

I placed an order for 2 (or 4?) newborn AIO's on the 19th of December. I bought from the grab bag but asked in the comments if I could request fabric other than suedecloth as the inner fabric. Maybe the reason is purely because of the holidays?

I received my diapers today and they appear to be very well made. I cannot speak of how they function yet but I'm definitely pleased with the overall appearance of them. They are soft and feel like they will be plenty absorbent too. So, two thumbs up for that! Quality is THE most important thing to me.

I am still a little disappointing with the correspondence. I started to type out why I felt this way but it felt a little juvenile to put it all here so I will just leave it at that. It sounds like I'm in the minority as far as not being please with the customer service.

My other disappointment was that one diaper is a pretty dark blue with a blue fabric on the inside. Another is navy blue with green on the inside. I chose 'gender neutral' when I purchased them and we were given an early guess that we are having a girl shortly after my purchase. :/ My DD wears lighter blue diapers but these look very boyish to me. It's totally fine if she chooses to truly make it a grab bag type of deal (and I'm grateful for the lower price) but I wish I had been told that they might not be so neutral. I may have waited until we knew the sex of our baby before I purchased any.

Since I didn't get the warmest response, I don't think I will say anything. Just wish I could rave like everyone else.

I haven't read the other responses but this is pretty much my experience. I LOVED LOVED her diapers and knowing what I do now I'd adjust mt orders to account for it but.. I found the process very slow both in resposnes to questions and in the overall orders. Because of it I would likely order again if I had another baby her preemie AIOs and NB AIOs are amoung percious few thigns that fic my bitty ones and dont swallow them up and are for a resoable price.. When I'm pregnant with 9 months to wait its a great order

.. Once older and in need of fast delivery not so much. At least its not worth it to me. I'll stand behind her work for sure but I find ordering and service easier elsewhere once past the NB stage.
BTW I got a few grab abg orders and got both GN and girly packs other thna the GN not having pink I saw little diffrence between the two.. Some weren't my favorite combos but all made really well.

and for the price I paid no complaints.

I'm just going to hold on to them. I'm too cheap to pay for shipping to swap them out.

I started thinking and I've never actually ordered from a WAHM. I really like the idea of supporting a WAHM but I can't help but wonder what my next experience would be like now. Not that all of my experiences with bigger companies have been great, but in general I have been happy.

I bought a few Nana Bottoms used, so I can't comment on the seller/communication but I can comment on the diapers. They are trim and cute but take FOREVER to dry. They are by far my slowest drying diaper in my stash (Grovia, SoftBums, Rumparooz, Good Mama).

Yes, I was warned of the drying time. I have some Blissful Booty diapers and those dry amazingly fast for an AIO. In fact, they are almost dry when they come out of the wash. My GroVias dry pretty fast too since the layers separate. I do put them in the dryer on low for about 10 minutes to soften them up before line drying them though so that helps. It kind of stinks that the Nana's Bottoms will take so long since they are NB diapers and they will be rotated out pretty quickly. But, at least I knew that when I bought them.
