Re: Help! Need Menu for Camping.

My kids all time favorite was an accidental discovery. Not the most healthy but so good as the sun comes up! Take a package of muffin mix, you know blueberry, strawberry or what kind you like. Pour it in a large cup or a bowl if you camp in style. Add an egg or two and some milk, stir, pour into pan that has some Pam or butter on it and make great pancakes. I have gone through up to 6 packs of muffin mix in 1 morning doing this. People love it!

Fun! But, we have one year old we want to take for camping. Does anyone have good camping food recipes for a 1 year old baby?

how about smores?! MMMMMMM

hotdogs, sandwhiches, hamburgers, soup, bacon/eggs, juice

not sure if youre going true camping style (tent, no electric) or non trad style (RV, electric, etc) so i cant really help if youre going non trad style, cause ive never camped like that.

Re: Help! Need Menu for Camping.

We're camping out for 3-4 days in August. We'll be bringing a camping stove, 1 big pot and 1 good sized pan. I am planning:

night 1:
grilled chicken with salad

day2:
eggs and homefries
sandwiches, apple and yogurt
burgers with corn on the cob and chips

day 3:
pancakes (we'll do the shake up with water kind for the trip) and sausage
~eat out at the park~
pasta with green beans

day 4:
muffins with banana
hotdogs, carrots, oranges
