Yeah. That my point too. It's like every other day. And if every night after resting and still have contractions I would take them seriously and go to hospital.... Yeah I would really suck

Ok. Dr checked. Cervix is still closed so that's good news. But had 2 contractions while he was checking cervix and measurements.
I asked about terb. Or Procardia and he doesn't wanna start those this early especially if cervix is good. Wants to save something in reserve in case we need meds later on.

So orders to take it easy and just watch and wait for now

Well just looking back at my journals. With #2 many many contractions cervix stayed closed until 36 weeks when it was at 1cm. then at 37 weeks I was 1-2 cm delivered her 3 days later.

#3 still regular contraction.... At 29 weeks cervix was soft but still closed. At 31 weeks it was a fingertip... 34 weeks 1cm 50%effaced. 35 weeks 2 cm... 36 weeks 2.5cm. Cervix very soft an baby very low. Delivered him at 37 weeks

So this seems to be following my patterns. Starts at about 21 weeks until I dilate sometime in the 30ish weeks. Looks like judging from the past tha I'll dilate a little earlier but who knows really...

I understand that. I felt like I lived there sometimes. I went in though, nothing different with the 32 week incident where I dilated then started having contrax hard core. 6 shots of terb later each 20 min apart it stopped. I was really close to being put on mag.

That is good news your cervix is still closed. Make sure you drink plenty of water. I noticed if I got behind in it it would kick the contrax up. I had a bottle of water with me at all times.

Yup, me too. I started having an irritable uterus with my twin pregnancy at 22 weeks. I was put on procardia and bedrest. I spent the last 5 weeks at 4cm and 75% effaced and delivered at 39 weeks. I've had another 2 pregnancies and the contractions start early. I spend the last half of my pregnancy with very consistent contractions 4-6min. For 20 weeks, lol. So fun. But yes, I learned to check my cervix or have DH check my cervix. Otherwise I'd be going in every day, which is ridiculous.

Yep it gets to that point with me too as far as going in very often but jus don't want to start that yet... Eventually we do weekly stress tests and cervix checks too.

And I try to drink more water but then I have to pee and as a teacher I can't go that often an if I wait with a full bladder contractions are bad cause of that too lol. Can't win with that.
