Anyone ever experience or hear of this?

So we have an appt in a few hrs but here goes. Ds1 (5) developed a few rashy spots on his face yesterday. Very minor. Today the rash has spread to around both eyes, nose, mouth and pen*s. Also a few spots on neck and trunk. Some swelling on his face and the only place he says it is itchy is his privates. I am just baffled.

I had something similar when I was 12. It covered half my body. They gave me a cortisone shot which cleared it up in a few hours. And is was the only one who stayed up that night at the junior high lock in.

Sent from my bed or on the move.

Could it be poison oak/ ivy? When I first got exposed to it, a little bit must have touched my shoe, i tied my shoelace and then scratched my back, and I had a massive itchy swollen rash ALL over my back which lasted for weeks. It was bad!
