Ugh... What's a good morning sickness remedy?

I ditto the ginger candy or ginger anything. When you wake up, have saltines next to the bed, and eat them before you physically get up. After you've had a few, get up and move slowly.

Almonds are nature's magic pill. They won't necessarily help with morning sickness, but they will do wonders for nausea in general AND (drumroll!!!!!) heartburn!!!!! Almonds are my friends!!!!!!!

This isn't as healthy as some of the other methods but lime with salt helped and sucking on jolly rancher candy.

Things that were sour: like Airheads, Lemonheads. A lot of people say Unisom helps them!

Honestly tho, the only thing that kept the nausea completely away was Zofran!

I had to do all of the following for 6-months, and I was STILL vomiting!

Sea Bands worn 24/7
Unisom (solid) + B6 sublingual
Zofran

Unisom and B6 were the magic cure for mine. Just take one of each before bed.

Unisom was originally meant to be an anti-nausea med, but it made people so sleepy, they made it into a sleep aid instead.
