Re: wool lovers...I've got questions

I prefer the soaker style for my LO and my older babies. MomBecks is a great place to buy Disana I tried hand knit but couldn't use it as long for our chunky little one. Woollybottoms soakers are nice but are just not as soft of wool as the organics. If I have another baby, I will definitely buy only the softest wool for the first few months. Right now at 4 months, I love interlock longies.
I have not had any problem getting all the various goo off of wool. I use ivory liquid hand soap in small amounts on stubborn stains. You will need to relanolize after using something that strong but the stains will lift off. Disana is easier to felt on accident so I tend to handle ours very gently. I was worried about trying wool at first but it has been so awesome. Every time we use a pocket (which is about once a month now) or a disposable, both my husband and I remark to each other how we wish we had used the wool instead. It is just so breathable. We have been rash free and loving it!
