target is the worst for returns! Walmart is the best.

i like the wishlist idea though that sounds neat. I just did my registry at babiesrus

Target has been great with returns for me. I have returned a few things without receipts too and no problem, even with online purchases.
I personally don't do much shopping at WalMart (unless we're out of town or camping and it's the only store around) so I can't compare but I just prefer Target.

our target does not even require a receipt if you used a credit card to pay and it was in the last 30 days.
