I need some advice...
I just got a new, never even washed EcoPosh wool soaker from another Mama. It will work fine and I like it enough to keep it- except- the workmanship is jacked up. There is a long string hanging off one of the seams and a snag that was clearly sewn in when it was worked up.
Do you think I could contact the maker and have it exchanged? To pay so much money for a product that has quality issues really pisses me off. None of this was disclosed to me when I bought the soaker. I could probably get a refund from the Mama who sold it to me, but I want to know who actually makes these and try that route first. Anyone have the contact info.? I looked and just found retailers.
